AI does 35 each hit with less skills involved and no curse needed. To hit 38 (what was hit in that picture) you need a cursed target and a lot more skill investment for 3 extra damage.

The splinter issue is when it procs back to back to back. I think 15 seconds is even a bit long. People will pop apple and evasion on first splinter.. you should be able to splint them again with the cool downs up. I would suggest a 5 second immun…

I think you should be able to cast 2 and then cool down til the first one drops. For multiple purposes.
