    This says nothing continued denial of the fact the uo is under attack is ridiculous and breeds great speculation confusion anger people want real answers not vague blurbs

    And I think I've addressed what they should do I'd copy and paste it but I'm sure that threads been locked..

    people were complaining at 2:30am est on discord this morning about very bad lag then the login issues started for me it started around 6am
    no way of knowing when the devs was informed

    We are aware of the criminal attacks and are working with authorities to stop them until this issue is resolved we will pause the current event and hold a peaceful carnival where players can safely earn drops in entertaining games please adventure at your own risk.

    Again this isn't hard or time consuming

    Funny story though, I did learn that 2 people could finish The Titan and Solen. took some time but it was manageable. I was on early this morning when you could get on and kept it logged on until I had to go do important RL stuff with the family. Haven't been able to log on since returning about an hour ago.

    This has been going on for too long now, though...

    If it was a simple issue, I would imagine that a reset of the Login Server would have fixed it but a shutting off and clean restart of the Login Server I guess should have not taken this long... is that so or can a reset of the Login Server be something that would take all this time ?

    CUO Web seems to be dead after the patch. Verifys for all of a 10th of a second then throws "there is some problem communicating".
    Looks like I wont be playing at all any time soon, even if I was willing to retry 100 more damn times.

    probably won't be, it's the login server, not the shard.

    Which do you think this "while we work to resolve these issues" means - "Well, at least we can log in now. They won't tell us what went wrong. God's in his heaven, all's right with the world"? Or "They'll compensate players for repeated GT losses and have the producer explain the situation"?

    I can log in on the classic client. Not that it does me any good. I can't set up half my stuff on this obsolete garbage, and playing 2 characters at once without follow (enhanced) simply ain't happening.

    Even more of a reason having 3 clients is more of a massive hindrance than anything. This downtime would probably only be half as long or less if the workload wasn't being so needlessly juggled.

    I was able to not only log in on EC but also lof off and switch characters. :)
