Yup, incase anyone was wondering. The reason you cannot escape #2 and #3 is because the teleporters associated with the sparkle are 2x2, and the hallways are all 2 tiles wide. I don't think they were

The better option is #3: it comes out 7 years later (I believe it was mentioned at the 20th so we're close) and it's a major flop, then #2 happens.
