A more advanced "nearest target" needs to be introduced. One that takes arguments, like maximum distance, target type, etc. e.g. you should be able to effectively say nearest target within 10 tiles, 8 tiles, 1 tile, etc.

Yes, please remove these caps, as players would still have far less stamina/mana/etc than monsters or pets. Please remove it for all the stats, stamina, mana, etc. Looking forward to reaching 270+ stamina and mana someday!

Maybe there is a max number of drops per spawn, and that limit was exhausted? The new system is greatly improved vs. old, the number of possible participation drops seems much higher.
