  • Chain lightning and meteor swarm indeed work for slayer. As it stands now, these 2 spells get watered down, damage wise, when hitting multiple targets.  Consider removing the damage penalty for multiple (>2) targets, please.
  • 830PM EST, feedback on atlantic: not enough spawn for the number of people inside fighting.slow respawn rate in some areas, in particular level 3.  Takes a while for an ancient wyrm to respawn.monsters stuck in non accessible areas, level 3.even th…
  • In many cases, it seems pets stick on a target better if they attack based on "All Guard Me".  That assumes the pet initially selects the target you're most interested in. Pets seem more easily distracted when you use "All Kill" to direct them to a…
  • Good the feedback is being heard. The fact this is weekend only, ATL only seems fine for now.  This seems a good way to test some changes.  Putting this on TC would probably be a time waster for all at this stage. Maybe this will go to other shard…
  • This thread seems to have quite a bit in common with this thread: https://forum.uo.com/discussion/comment/59595/#Comment_59595 If there isn't code that causes paragons to deliberately re-target puppet-master tamers, that would be interesting to ad…
  • It's strange. BTW, a "middle ground" to EJ's getting drops vs. no drops would be :  EJ only get drops the first 2 days of the event.  That's enough of a taste for the drops.
  • Knuckleheads recently fixed a bug related to the 1H throwing weapons, the luck was not calculated correctly there previously. Perhaps there is an issue with 2H as well, re: calculator.

  • JenniferMarie said: I posted a fairly well thought out solution in another thread. TL:DR - if they can't or won't do anything about scripters/cheaters, then just put multiple spawn points throughout the dungeon that spawn the way Destard did …
  • This is basically a dupe of the discussion here: https://forum.uo.com/discussion/comment/74595/#Comment_74595 If all the players are sending valid commands to the UO server, then the lag is something that needs to be mitigated by the server.  Wa…
  • The whack-a-mole approach here was predicted. The real fix should really go as described here: https://forum.uo.com/discussion/10133/underwater-bugs
  • What you see on some shards is a pack of 5 warriors all basically in lock step, similarly geared up, moving around rapidly, cross-healing with bandages, including extremely fast resurrection of the occasional death in the "squad".  This seems more p…

  • This is what the event has become, on Atlantic...
  • It really doesn't matter who or why the "pile" change was made on ~day 3 of this event.  Odds are, a change would have been made regardless of whether a player reported it, particularly if shards were crashing (reportedly atlantic did crash).  It wa…
  • Violet said: The problem came with server stability. Altantic crashed.  On Chesapeake the lag was so much that the bag I was putting my treasures drops in was not even updating the count.  The medium  population shards were encounteri…

  • There are at least 2 bugs here: Insufficient/not granular enough client side animation filtering.  Even "Player/target" is not ideal (but is likely the best compromise currently).Insufficient server side filtering of animations and other actions dur…
  • Bless deeds aren't free, so it's safe to say the necessary clothing bless deed is a "tax" of sorts. At least there is wing armor!

  • Particle Filter: Player/Target Is probably closest to ideal, currently. e.g. you won't see other EQ, but you will see your own.
  • RE: Fel, perhaps the next event should *only* be in FEL. That would sure mix up the dynamic.  Or perhaps the reds would go extinct.
