  While I don't disagree... how would they decide what gets added? Surely not ever single thing should go on there.
  
  I also don't think this will ever happen because every single "new" event we get, there are a handful of "old" items on there (some more than others). That would mean new events would likely have less events because I don't see the Devs making up the additional 2-5 items that would be lost due to moving them to the black market permanently.

  At least the BIS armor items, first aid belt, yukio earrings would be good start. God knows clean up point rewards could be updated museum rewards etc there are lots of ways to ensure people can gear up on different shards that actually involve them playing there
