mastery book not switching masteries

Greetings, I noticed I cannot switch active mastery, using EC, tried both double click the book and pick mastery or right-click though object menu. Nothing works. Any suggestions? thank you in advance

    There appears to be a cool down timer involved to prevent constant switching. I had to wait a day after switching from magery to spellweaving before I could switch back to magery.

    There is a 10 minute wait.  You can run a fresh mastery for 10 mins and immediately switch to another.  I use the Provoke masteries at the start of Corgul or Scalis.  Then switch to Peace mastery at the end so the WoD users regen their mana fast.

    You get a notification if you try to switch earlier than 10 mins

    In CC you click the book and it says switch mastery, then you click that option and you get a menu.
    Unless your toon has none.

    Just switched after 10 min.  There is no notification when you try sooner than 10 min. It just does not switch.

    For the record for future reference

    I have been testing and there is no waiting to change, it is a bug where every time you give a % of probability of being able to change mastery, it can be the first time as it can be 100 times, no matter how many times or time you wait, it is a % of probability.

    I am surprised that this bug has been so forgotten and unresolved for so many years.

    The tests were to one less than 10 minutes and another after 6 hours, each time you click you have a % chance of change.

    The timer thing is like the expansion says, it's a legend :P

    I have to wait when using bard masteries.  Use one, turn on a song, turn off song,  try to change,  I have to wait.  Doubt I ever tried to change the others after using.

    I switch between spellweaving and magery masteries.  There is a cool down. Thought it was 15 minutes before a switch back to spellweaving, but it could be 10.  Stopped switching to the magery mastery for this event because changing from the spellweaving mastery to the magery mastery reduced my spellweaving focus from 6 to 3.  But unless things changed after this event started, there is a cooldown if you are using EC.

    Note switching is a two or three step process.  First you right or left click on the mastery book, can’t remember which even though I do this all the time.  When you click on the correct side of the mouse, you get the message switch mastery over the mastery book.  Click once on that message to get the mastery menu and then click on the one you want. If it does not highlight you are still in the cool down period.  Double clicking does not activate anything.  Will check again when I get on tonight.

    Have never seen the probability message.  My mastery level is 3.
