mastery book not switching masteries

Greetings, I noticed I cannot switch active mastery, using EC, tried both double click the book and pick mastery or right-click though object menu. Nothing works. Any suggestions? thank you in advance

    There appears to be a cool down timer involved to prevent constant switching. I had to wait a day after switching from magery to spellweaving before I could switch back to magery.

    There is a 10 minute wait.  You can run a fresh mastery for 10 mins and immediately switch to another.  I use the Provoke masteries at the start of Corgul or Scalis.  Then switch to Peace mastery at the end so the WoD users regen their mana fast.

    You get a notification if you try to switch earlier than 10 mins

    In CC you click the book and it says switch mastery, then you click that option and you get a menu.
    Unless your toon has none.

    Just switched after 10 min.  There is no notification when you try sooner than 10 min. It just does not switch.
