    It would be great to hear confirmation from the devs what the exploit(s) are here, if any.  Not how to perform any which aren't already apparent.  Players need to know what things to avoid, or what things are ok, if there is any question as to whether something is an exploit.  This forum has many cases of claimed exploits, yet very few receive a confirmation response, or have changes made in publishes.  Likewise, there are differing opinions as to how things should or should not behave.  Communication can go a long ways.

    That only proves that the player was spamming a spell.  Without the pets health bar it proves nothing.

    We were using this back in the early 2000s. It's still a common training method for some casting trainers. 

    After two decades I'd say it's an acceptable feature. 

    They did fix the parasitic fukiya darts on stabled pets tho but one always needs to retest old bugs.

    the whole mount interaction is limited to range scope of the last time it was visible (dismounted). it's because of how last target works server side.

    as long as you're within the range of where the mount was mounted, and you're the one riding the mount, you can last target it with spells. once you walk too far off screen you cannot do it anymore, because the last location that the mount was able to be interacted with is now out of range.

    mounts getting poisoned with fukiya/shurikens is because those items have travel times before they function, meaning if someone uses one on your mount as you jump on it, the poison will still land while it's already mounted for the reasons posted above and server rules.

    this is been a functioning mechanic since at least 2001, and was even engineered to work this way as a means of addressing people killing mounts with delayed spells (explosion, ebolt, fireball, ma, mb etc) after they have mounted, and the mount immediately kicking them off after it dies to said delayed spell (which was also a their fix for a beetle dupe method, and even bonded mounts being deleted on death while being ridden bug)

    this is because its your mount, not someone elses. we've always just used last target to target our own mounts and safely heal it up. dedicating a uoa macro to it was considered a waste.

    UOA target self to teleport up is more of an exploit than this is. every client is capable of doing this, even the basic client without any launcher.

    "i never actually knew this was the equivelent to target relative up, can use to follow people now (well i was probably shown a long time ago but had forgotten). But you can make a seperate thread about that if you feel it is a bug.

    This thread is about the clear bug/exploit that you can:
    heal your mount while riding that cannot be damaged
    mana vamp your mount while riding: that cannot be seen by other players.

    pet maintains discordance while riding if discord initiated off mount.
    pet maintains bodyguard buff on owner while riding if bodyguard initiated off mount - and pet does not receive the damage..."

    So again you come to complain without having reported.  No one will listen as long as this is the case.  come and post i reported 50 of my guild members and no one got banned then you will gain public sympathy
