I have a problem with an item Paladin Cloak Of Fire
I tried 2 times and the results were the same. I transformed the Serpent Skin Quiver into one of the new layers from the Paladin Cloak of Fire event and once transformed I can neither bless nor secure it. I tried with the blessed pieces and with the pieces secured and the results were the same, it does not let me insure or bless... If anyone would know the reason I appreciate their help
