Various animations/effects appear at wrong location

In at least EC, it appears various animations/effects/etc get shown at the wrong location.
This may be a Z coodinate handling issue, similar to this (link).

If a monster/enemy is at a negative Z- coodindate (say -45), graphics such as arrows, soul glaive/throwing graphic, various spell graphics appear well above the target (perhaps at Z coordinate 0?).

    When I started five or so years ago they were right on target.  Then at some point after a year or so had passed spells I cast started to display no where near the target but still damaged the target.  Thought it might have been my computer but glad to se it’s not.  Still see this once in awhile but not all the time.

    It's easy to reproduce this problem just west of Luna gate, where the Z is -90.

    If you go to another location at Z = 0, you don't see this.

    Just get a summons or pet, issue all stay, and cast different spells against it.
