Go to the Cu Sidhe spawn. Those will take you to 120. Im almost positive casting the masteries will provide gains. All you need to do is the quest for the book. There is a simple quest for each bard skill that will give you the mastery you need.

I know the AM page front to back. I log in and get taken to EA to enter my master then after I enter my info and click confirm I get auto redirected back to EA/Origin. It's a strange bug and will eventually hit people with double charges.

Yes, illegal. You have to have 1 passable tile to become legal. If you took the chest away at the wall it would become legal. If it doesn't follow you thru that 1 tile, then that's a game issue and not your fault.
