Agreed. This feels like it was priced by someone who is wildly out of touch with reality. 700 sovs, MAX.

According to Kyronix, blank runes cannot be made stackable because they come pre-loaded with hidden location data: the shop from which they were bought. While I have no reason to disbelieve him, I find this an odd choice by the original dev team, e…

Broadsword's reasoning for not removing or further extending key timers was that it would somehow "invalidated the content," which, sorry Kyronix, is just easily dismissed bull. Someone would still have to engage the content to acquire all the keys …

Deraj said: 100% LRC and reagent cost are contradictory concepts and do not make sense in the same context. Reagent cost is a component in a resource management design. If it is possible to completely side step the cost altogether it calls in…

Mervyn said: are you trying to say that 1% is not 1%, is this a real post? Your ignorance of how UO functions concerns me, which is my fault based on your ridiculous post history. LRC isn't a 1:1 ratio just based on a straight percentage…

Mervyn said: I did not propose to get rid of LRC Yet that would be the net result. Even at 99% in favor of an event causes the RNG to ensure failure an unreasonable number of times in a row. I have a character with 98% LRC. Her failure r…

This cat has been out of the bag for far, far too long to even consider trying to stuff it back in. Getting rid of LRC now would not have a positive impact on UO. Fifteen years have passed since it was introduced. Reagent resource management isn't…

Try in Viper's Pass, which is west of the entrance to Medusa's Lair, or southeast across the lava from the Lands of the Lich.

Broadsword is deathly allergic to all but the most passive forms of advertising, i.e. the newsletter. They had to be publicly shamed into posting when they added something new to the in-game store, and even that was like pulling teeth. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ …

Merchant ship loot is a bit random and is unlikely to satisfy your crafting resource needs in the long run.

Heh. The future. @Kyronix

As much as I like @Kyronix, he likes adding boatloads of extra spawn and/or pumping up mobs HP/resists to cray cray levels. While this works sometimes, its mostly just annoying Stygian Abyss bosses are the gold standard in difuculty/reward. They…

I wouldn't mind a gump that displayed what was on the vendor, quantity, price, how long it sat there, etc...but not the buyer. This would be a very low priority request, the devs have a mountain of bugs and fixes that deserve more attention.

All good suggestions!

It might be a good idea, and good world-building, for each shop in every town to have the proper tools...and some appropriate decor. This would serve two purposes: allowing people to freely craft and to make UO cities look less like a collection o…

4. Is there any way to have Flax and Vanilla produce seeds? Yes this is possible and a good suggestion, we will add this to our list. o.O Why would you want seeds from a non-resource-producing plant (flax) and how could you (the devs) not …
