Realized last night it had been working for awhile. Wondered about that if it really had been working or it was just my imagination getting the best of me. Anyway all your comments confirm it was not my imagination. Thanks for fixing it.

UO is adverse to selling things players can use in the UO store. Sometimes think third party sellers have so many UO accounts UO cannot afford to lose them. Or, they just don’t want to offend those players that have multiple accounts and sell those…

Thanks Pawain did not know that.

Was unaware that UO provided spots for scripters as stated in the first post. Don’t really understand what’s being talked about. But fourth point 1 is a common activity. Learning casting skills I just write a macro and cast spells on my roof whil…

Think really two or three players working together can handle most of what’s in the main area as long as one can tie up the paragon with a pet, by having it chase the archer, or if able to survive by fighting it in place. Never know what to expect w…

Yes but that slayer book is hard to find.

Minotaur generals pack a punch. Easy enough if you are a mage though. Lead one away a safe distance then cast EV twice from a safe distance and invis. Repeat until dead. When really low on life you can finish them of with an energy bolt or two i…

Think it should be obvious by now one size does not fit all. What works on Atlantic does not work on other shards due to the number of players and apparently the number of cheaters on each shard with different shards having more or less of each. Am…

Was fine yesterday on my shard. I was turning in 30 at time.

Population of egg hunters much larger now by the way. See more players hunting eggs than hunting fey in the dungeon.

That’s a great idea! Set up some runes but never thought about that and my guys always has a bunch of books. Thanks

Popps thanks for the answer on your template’s goals. I like wither too. Like especially wraith form with death ray. That combo is very effective on anything being held in place by pets or other players. Appropriate slayer book increases the dam…

Agree the dungeon should be the primary source of drops. Players willing to go into the dungeon should be getting more drops than egg collectors. But last three times I went to the dungeon there were three or more big paras guarding door. One time…

Seth have been fighting greater dragons for a couple years now they are quite good at casting and fighting, and pretty tough to damage. How would you drop one in 10 seconds? Have tried a number of different ways to kill them but bottom line they ha…

Without eval. intel what’s the point? All you have are area damage spells. Mine has 110 Magery, eval intel, and spellweaving. 100 meditation, spirit speak, and resist spells and 90 necro. Magery and eval intel are at 120 with a wizards curio and…

Suspect paragon shadow wyrm can purge protection spell. That is just a guess but think para white wyrm in the ice dungeon has done it to me. Remember something routinely purged it but honestly don’t remember where that happened but it was at an ev…

Casting still exceptionally slow in Destard. Takes forever to invis. after casting the spell. Also, protection spell disappears sometimes. Know I had cast it and saw that is there but later on when I check it is gone. Something I fight may have …

Thanks always wondered about. May go after a few.

Popps my mage treasure hunter routinely kills greater dragons. Sometimes two or three to a chest. He leads them off so it is one on one and then uses the method I outlined above to kill them. Some chests spawn four a five dragons and a couple mor…

My tech. above assumes the mage has eval intel.

The short answer to your question is that the energy vortex is not effective for dealing with most dragons including the greater dragon. They all dispell it with ease. Second, you don’t have enough mana to kill para dragons outright even if it is …

Especially on grimories as they are super slayers.

Thing is it’s quite playable some days and not at all on others. Last night it just broke down completely. Was obvious something went wrong. It just stopped working. Went from near instant death to nothing. Then seemed to struggle to spawn anyth…

Was just weird in Destard last night. First mostly dragon and wyrm paras that killed every one, then nothing after they were eventually killed assuming they were killed, then next to nothing, then some serpents for awhile, then regular dragons, the…

Yea, agree mind blast is pretty useless. Took it off the keyboard macro that lies under my hand and put something useful there. Even against things that are weakest to cold it does, usually a lot less, less damage than energy bolt or flamestrike. …

Note slayer spellbooks work with the mage mastery death ray doing sometimes over 500 points per hit on some targets. Rules for spellbooks where likely set on day one of UO’s release. They don’t affect area damage spells, my guess is the software c…

Seems sometimes like developers seem to think that players enjoy being killed. I don’t. If it’s one of those nights when the dungeon is just filled with paragons that all seem to single me out for death, I will collect eggs. Am amazed that the ga…

You have to toggle the eggs as quest items and then turn them in to get an ingot. How do you get around that? Or, sounds like maybe you are saying they have found a way around that. Anyway, hope you get an answer from UO.

If you had a second account, you could just plant a player there and give them eggs. Not sure why you would do that it you though. Maybe if you played with others, you could spend more time looking if just one player turned them in.

I do this quest every night for a couple hours and I believe so are several others when I am playing so it would not surprise me that the music plays often. I usually have ten or twenty eggs in my pack and am sure that other players with less stuff…
