all that has to be done is make sure the orange flag doesnt remove the murder system. If a blue flags orange to you and kills you they should be able to counted like normal. flagging orange should not skip the murder system.

Like i said years ago, they need to remove the town buff system from governors. Make it a gold sink for whatever buff you need. Thatll solve the voting nonsense and help remove duped gold from the game. Easiest two for one in the history of UO.

problem isnt with evasion, problem is with casting schools being able to use at will. Pvp will suffer til the end of UO until this is fixed. Been 4 years at least since pvp has been completely broken and no help from the team to address any of it.
