The large ships are so big that it is easy to fish 6 spots from 1 ship and you never have to move. By the time you are done with the 6th spot the first is refreshed.

Easy fix. Mouse over and single click target and open a trade window and you will never have this problem again[.

You do not dupe cheap stuff, you dupe 1P+ rare items.

Just found one on a RMT site and is looks like a Garg Wooden Shield so I would think a Carp Repair deed should have worked, you may need to page a GM for help. Sorry I did not see Carp in OP.
