What happened to the Welcome Center?

Might hold on to it, if they change the "new player experience" with EJ it might not spawn any more....in another 20 years who knows ?

If they could somehow increase the "cohesiveness" of mods on loot they might not even have to really bump overall power on it. Have less loot on monsters over all, and make it less likely to be complete trash.
