Thanks everyone! I did a full file check on the last update. I don't think it is ALL the scissor sounds that are missing, it is just specific instances. I'm going to keep testing, but thanks so much! Its nice to see you all.

I used to get all my purchases immediately, but I read online and understand that there are new protections in place for UO accounts that has delayed purchases on the EA page for up to a day or so. My last purchase took a day to process.
