Is Bokuto from the Holloween Event Useless?

Hey guys,

I dont have a character on the test shard, so I could not test myself. Someone in my guild just told me that the bokuto from the Holloween Event is useless. According to him after the 30% splint and spell channeling, you have very few points left for Imbuing something else. He told me that the bokuto will be maxed out once you have 30 splint, spell channeling, and 50% hit lightning.

Any ideas if this is true? That was the one I item I was looking forward to get.
Thanks.

    Spell chan -1
    hit lightning 48
    Splintering 30
    hit lower def 16
    damage increase 12
    cold damage 40%

    Seems fine

    (Or
    Spell chan -1
    hit lightning 50
    Splintering 30
    hit lower def 6
    swing speed 5
    damage increase 12
    cold damage 40%)

Thank you for checking. It seems a little bit low end though. Probably worth a mil or so.

The weapon is 'exceptional' giving it 500 property weight, but does not have damage increase
The 30% splintering uses 225 property weight. (opening the menu and choosing spell channel shows 2/5 properties 325/500 total property weight)

needs to be a random 100% elemental

Seems to be one of the least commented on items in the feedback thread.

So does that mean good or bad?
Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

the question is.. Is the hit lightening a need or a fancy looking want?

Yeah I agree it would make it interesting

Bok would benefit from lower splinter so more mods could be imbued - OR - including some randomization to the elemental damage done.
