My anniversary rewards are totally bugged...

All of my characters show three blank or Missing String ID options when double clicking the reward token. The letter also has a blank string. I selected one of the options on one of my characters and got... an empty grey bag :(

    Make sure your client is fully patched up.

    It is. I tried all the clients.

    The only cause I know of for missing strings is an unpatched client. If you are using the EC client make sure you are starting it with uopatch.exe. If with the classic client uo.exe. The icon automatically loaded to your desktop when you install the game links to those files.

    You aren't using an unauthorized client are you?
