Jolly Roger Content for High Seas

It's important to note, the last part of the High Seas content is rolling out for the "Jolly Roger", there will be oportunities for "The United Pirates to band together and take part in the action, har har. With "Captain Hook" and his band of pirates, (dang them Plunder Beacons), and "The Fellowship" have tarnished the good name of pirates everywhere!
