Clothing Bless Deed on Cook BOD reward apron

Does anyone know if I can use a Clothing Bless Deed (tailor reward) on the apron that one gets from Cook BOD rewards? The only stats on the apron are cooking level increases. I'd hate to waste my SP Bless on an apron. Thanks in advance!

    just try and use a cbd on it. you'll get a message if it doesn't work and it will not use the cbd if it's not working,

    on production shards you can use a CBD.
    I haven't tried on Siege, but it should work
