Tinkering Skillet BOD not Bribable to Exceptional

Skillet BOD, part of the large tool BODs can no longer be bribed to an exceptional level.
Stops at 20 Normal but the larges can be bribed to 20 exceptional.  I have tested this with bods aquired today so I know it is a recent bug.  Thank you,

    I have had the same problem with fletching tools bods but thought that they maybe just where old and I have also had the same problem with skillet bods.

    Maybe just some are bugged and that age doesn't have anything to do with it?

    I have some carpentry bods that are like that.

    They should go to exceptional.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    I forgot to add that Fletching Tools are not bribable past 20N either, but the larges and the other three  tools can be bribed to exceptional

    i have also noticed that the Tailor footwear BODs won't bribe up to exceptional
    I have a lot of exceptional Large BODs that I can't do because I can't get exceptional shoes, etc

    small footwear BODs (shoes, boots, thigh boots & sandals)  always goes up to spined leather
