    Try:
    Ash fletcher kit->Of fortune->NOT powerful
    once you get a 170 luck piece you like:
    1. POF to 255 durability
    2. Remove DI with whetstone if applicable
    3. Imbue
    4. Enhance with OAK, using forged metal tool, to bump luck to 210.
