Chat log?
I'm finding it difficult to get the messages of my allies with all of the other things happening in the journal, i was wondering if anyone else thinks a 'Chat Log' screen would be useful?

I am more interested in classic client advancements.
Here is an example of what it saves:
As you can ~MAYBE~ tell...it logs General Chat, NPC chatter, regular chat and if you talk in guild/alliance chat it will record that too as well as any spells that you or anyone else casts.
It's rather messy to sort through but it's a VERY handy feature. There used to be a program called UO Journal that you could use with the Classic Client that worked pretty well, not sure if that still works.
I've used the save journal to a file in the CC. It works the same as the EC but without the date/time stamp.
It's great for finding out who's afk killing guildmates at Luna bank or at a guild house. It's usually rival guild's trying to cause trouble and grief. We boot them immediately after reviewing logs.
Yes, they sometimes cast incognito but u can review the guild list and see who was logged on & that greatly narrows the culprit.
even for an 'enhanced' client that 'filter settings screen-shot' of Larisa's is surely lacking any see-able 'enhance'-ments. and as for saving chat to a file, its just not, a tabbed chat interface as InLor so brightly suggested.
