Cant transfer from Balhae to North American shards. Is shard transfer broken?

    Right now it is 2100 15 April 2020 on the west coast.  You need to be on the same day.  Also make sure you are up to date with the current build.

    Copy to TC is also down.

    I have brought things from Atlantic 4 times since this thread.  Also TC was fixed soon.
