It was supposed to start today correct? I looked on 2 shards for the elf and do not see him. I am patched up.

    I heard the town cryer report today, that it has started in the city of Britain

    The elf is there in East Britain by the East Side Park. I have checked on both Atlantic and Pacific.

    The elf did show up at server up - just a day late.
