Why is it I cannot use a leather engraving tool on that bag?

    On a guess it's made of cloth
    or real world, 20 year old program and it wasn't or can't be tagged as a leather bag for the tool to work on it.

    This may be related: UOAssist does not recognize these bags as containers.
