Luna Trash Can

my hubby keeps asking me what happened to the trash can in Luna...
I missed the governor's meeting due to being sick, so I couldn't ask & I didn't think to ask others to see about it...
it used to be on the south wall of the bank (on the right) for years and when it disappeared, it was placed next to the granite table on the south side...
can the trash can be put back please and thank you
