Sometimes the orc Pirate ship turns sharp and Red Pirate is on water

The named pirate will be on the water and you can kill him but when he leaves the ship the orc ship can not be scuttled.

Expected result:
Pirates cant walk off ship and stand on water.
Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    Another player on LS had this happen.  Also he had a orc pirate ship not boardable at 0% health.
