how do you get a garg ozymandias obi?

ive seen these in garg versions, but you cant alter human versions and the grand artificer in ter mur, who is supposed to alter human artifacts to garg wont accept it either.

how do you get these in garg form?

    I've a feeling if you're playing a gagoyle char on the roof, if you get one it will be gargish form.
    I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.
