if it runs the same cycle (banned following cancellation of subs) there is a period of 90 days, give or take before it starts to decay (slightly worn etc)
Of course the Devs might take ownership of the house and the OSI saga starts
in that 90 days will be possible appeals process etc I guess
when your acct goes inactive you other accts and co-owners etc can access the house as normal, thats why people play the 90 day game, and sometimes mess up and lose the house
Either way. keep a good eye on known banned player houses as things might be actioned upon early
be great to see "traitor" burning houses again, remember Draconi?
If I remember correctly in the past they just straight up deleted the house and contacts on some banners accts, maybe someone can confirm
either way exciting times and good riddance to the unsavoury lot

Since they were banned for illegal programs, they likely will take ownership to go through the house for items that are nefarious in nature, just to be thorough. We won't know until we see a bunch of "Owned By OSI" homes
A Goblin, a Gargoyle, and a Drow walk into a bar . . . Never be afraid to challenge the status quo
