house to take you to stygian abyss?

I'm trying to follow a YouTube sampire training and having difficulty getting to the ratman spawns from the north east tomb of the kings entrance. I saw the house in there as a ghost looking for a way to res lmao. First time I ever left my corpse behind. I searched around Luna but could not find a teleport tile to the house in the abyss.

    I have an update: it looks like it is a guild called EOB that owns that house. I walked into the Aybbs with my lockpicker and made my way to the house, hoping to find the teleporter to trammel. Every teleport tile said I am not allowed access, and one said the teleport tile on the other side was gone. Anyone from EOB want to help me? I want a faster way to the ratman spawns right next to that house lol.
