Wyrmscale Armor ?

I read in the Publish 122 notes https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/publish-notes/publish-122/ about the new craftable Wyrmscale Armor.

Does anyone know what is particular (if any) about this new craftable armor or is it just for the looks but then, it is just regular armor as all craftable armor (most players use named artifacts or Legendary drop items with the "right" properties they want... other then for Luck armor it is not like craftable armor is any longer much popular in UO...) ?

Is there a command for the Test server to get "Umbrascales" so as to craft this new armor ?

    All of these questions can be answered on TC, I am busy having fun in UO, why don't you go to TC and answer all those questions and return to tell us the answers?

    Well, I did go to the Test server but could not craft the Wyrmscale armor to see because I lacked the Umbrascales ingredient...  yes, it comes from Dragon nests but I did not feel doing a lot of Dragon Nests to get the Umbrascales.

    I would imagine that, on the Test server, like for other resources, it might be possible (is it ?) to get umbrascales with some command word but I coulf not figure out which it is.

    No, it's not possible to get umbrascale with a command, because checking that the nests are spawning correctly and umbrascale is dropping from them as expected is part of testing the publish.

    So you went to test center to test something, but didn't actually feel like testing it. Gotcha.

    Popps does have a point that we should have a clicky for all new items to help with testing... someone like him might not be good at doing the nests which shouldn't stop him from testing the armor creation (he might buy the scales once they hit Prod).

    I'm glad they added clickies for the kindlehart stuff because I was quickly getting tired of crafting the stuff and then trying to fill it...
