    One thing that I think was a miss by the team for this event (and to help aid NON-hoarding) is to make the deco eggs worth cleanup points... nothing major but like 50 each?

    I agree with Keven, it would be good if we could trade in broken/ damaged eggs for either event points or clean up. I've got loads and have no plans on displaying them. 
    As well, I had to leave Rock last night the spawn way crazy intense. There were about 10 dragons in the entrance area , may be useful to have the spawn be more the further you progress into the dungeon or for each level

    So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

    Apologies if this has been posted somewhere and I missed it (I checked the wiki), but I had a couple of questions I haven't been able to get answered.

    1. Do we know all hues of the mature eggs and if any are more/less rare? So far I've seen people with blue/purple/white and someone said they were selling a red.
    2. Do we know what the possible drops are from the Broodmother (ie the Fel champ spawn boss)? 
    3. Do we know if there are any rare/uncommon hues of bones/body parts?

    I don't know the definitive answer, but based on what I'm reading from the notes I do not think suit luck increases your odds. My interpretation of the notes is that suit luck will only improve chances at a stealable rare in chests (and obviously Umbrascale drops). The mature dragon eggs I believe are just like the obelisk from the last event where it's all RNG.

    Yup.  Ill use my guy with a luck suit to open the nest, run away or die.  Then kill everything with my Macer.  Since they dont answer questions often on Discord, you have to put in a Five for Friday Q.  If I asked now, I wont know the answer for a week.  If they choose that Q.

    Dragon Nest Hunting

    • The Umbrascale are building hidden nests across the Sosarian overland.
    • Use Dragon Nest Maps and a Decryption Cypher to reveal locations.
      • Decryption Cyphers are crafted by skilled Cartographers.
      • A Cypher must be in your backpack to decode a map.
      • Once decoded, anyone can read the map.
    • Digging requires a shovel or pickaxe in your backpack.
    • Map difficulty affects digging precision.
    • Defeat nest guardians to loot the contents.
    • Nests may contain:
      • Dragon Eggs – multiple styles, hues, and qualities.
      • Creature Bones – with over 100 name combos and 50 item types.
      • Thematic Equipment – “Chewed”, “Dissolved”, and “Charred” sets.
      • Pages of Lore
      • New Dragon Mount:
        • Rare chance to find a Mature Dragon Egg.
        • Hatches into the mountable Juvenile Umbrascale.
        • 3 Control Slots, Trainable to 5, requires Animal Taming.
        • Matches the hue of the egg it hatches from.
        • Orb of Ethereal Transcendence can convert it into an ethereal mount for anyone.
    • Players can quietly dismantle or burn nests (requires lit torch).

    Personally I read rare chance.. I'm assuming Luck help the odds.

    The totally addicted ones have gotten 2 to 3 eggs from either nests, chests or Mamma. None of our nest hunters are trying to have luck on their suits.

    Effigys are not as rare by far.

    Come watch them, they are individual players.  You only need one person to dig up a nest, clueless guy.


    I don't do chests so I know nothing about that, but they also talk in chat.   Maybe you've never been to a shard where Bots are not common.

    Mature Dragon Egg Chance
    Question Does luck affect the chance to get a Juvenile Umbrascale from nests or the Matriarch? If so, how does it work in a party? 
    Answer Parallax: Winning a luck roll can increase your chances of getting a Mature Dragon Egg at a Dragon Nest. The luck used in this roll is tied to the player that actively digs up the nest. The size/difficulty of the nest is still the most important factor: Massive and Grand nests have a significantly increased chance to yield an egg over the other sizes. Luck has no bearing on the drop chance from the Umbrascale Matriarch.

    Why it is not the answer that you wanted if I may ask ?

    Isn't it a good thing that Luck helps increase the chances at getting a Mature egg when doing the Nests ?

    PS: my treasure digger was my thief(swap on stone; I just go into hidding and pop couple EV's after that), while the tamer on my main account would clean the zone. Would be perfect for my playstyle.

    Edit: and most T hunter i've seen during phase one in 2024.. would be multiboxing archersss with their carto tamer... "our".. this is "their" meta.
