With so many questions being asked I've decided to publish the wiki pages a bit early 

I may have to edit the pages, if more changes are made and I won't be updating all the subsequent pages such as artifact listings until after the publish is world wide.

    Thanks, this is helpful. I have overlooked this mechanic of doing maps to spawn a boss for this event.

    I had an old bandaid-chiv-shield vamp form char with the cheapest max hpr gear that i haven't touched in years. So far it's unkillable in the thickest of spawn.

    Looks like you want Poison or Cold damage reptile slayer.  Energy is third.  The DS weapons from an event work fine, just wear out fast.

    Some are dragons, some are Ophidians.  I saw no paragons.  The only one that takes a while to kill is the Overseer.

    Nice job sharing the lores. I did see some paragons in fire. I was kind of hoping the spawn would change per dungeon and that all dungeons were active at the same time.

    Not a fan of the sparkly indicator that you are near a hidden chest. It gets hidden if you are stealthing through a group of mobs. Only the sound told me that I was near one.  I can understand why they added it to combat the bot trains. But ugh.

    @TimSt The server still speaks with the client. Those chest respect a certain pattern; like chests spawning around certain specific areas (I only experienced them in nov-dec of 2024, supposing it hasn't change)

    This is not what combat the bots. (unlike the traps for certain bad bots)
    Finding them is part of the "mini game" for legit, only. (It was pretty easy during the event I played; city invasion.)
    It's good tho, the fact you now have a 2min cooldown on chest u've revealed.. it was dumb to reveal chest and anyone killing mobs passing by could steal your chest.
    So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

    Leave attended paying accounts alone, these people go thru a lot of trouble to automate the game.

    It’s comical to me you are so frightened of somehow bod scripters get some sort of advantage.

    Found a Medium nest in Malas.  
     
    Dbl Click on the part named nest to open.  Click to see remove menu. Choose burn so it counts.

    Lots of deco eggs, Body parts and armor. Take a bag of sending for the gold.

    You ain't mentionning the refinement stuff.. I can tell you love the HS automation. The "booster" to promote their baby client.

    Those are HUGE for legit CC users. like VERY!
    So boring to steal from merchants and they have very few.
    So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

    Leave attended paying accounts alone, these people go thru a lot of trouble to automate the game.

    It’s comical to me you are so frightened of somehow bod scripters get some sort of advantage.

    These?  I think the appearance tells us what they are.  Most don't know what they are for.

    I wonder if the bones can be placed in a house to make a partial skeleton.

    The visual indicator aka the sparkly visual effect that replaces the old text message gets hidden by mobs .  If you have the sound off you would not know that you are near a hidden chest.

    I get why the team does the different combo or color/names/etc for eggs and bones etc... it's like taking 1 item (an egg) and turning it into 100+ different items. 

    That said, I think it's a little hypocritical of them to then take the stance that we shouldn't "hoard" so much stuff when they do these types of releases. The same thing goes for the anniversary reward etc... we get an item that comes in 18 different shades and it's a weird knack that most UO people are "set collectors" (even I'm guilty of this). 

    I'm at the point now where I've stopped claiming most anniversary/holiday things because I simply don't have anywhere to store it. My keep is 101 items away from being full (with all extra storage added) and this new event is just starting AND I haven't brought back my NL rewards. 

    I think the few things the team could do to help with storage issues (without increasing storage numbers) is to 1) make BOD books work like other books and only take up 1 lockdown & 2) create some new items that work similar where it secures while only taking 1 lockdown(like a weapon rack / book shelf for spellbooks).

    I don't think this is good for the game, hoarding friendly the way u asking. Plus some people sub more account just for the storage.

    Keven made a good point about too much artificial grind; copy pasta with a slight color variation.
    But at this point, they should make money from people hoarding thousands of items.

    Open a special server and start renting "den"
    We could install a basement trap in our house.. that would load us (yes loading) in that special den.

    In that den u can store all your useless collectible or I picture myself, inviting a friend to come play.. we both go in the den cuz most of my weapons/armor/items gonna be store there. A "treasure" cave for my gears. You could charge easy 3 bucks a month for a 16x16 basement with more storage.
    A premium subscription model, a game+ model, that cost ~3 more bucks to get access to his own pirate cave.


    Make it cool and immersive if u wanna cather to hoarder while making money. The city renting spot is WEAK design.


    You guys asking for 20k items per house? The server charge.. the lag.. idk. Clearly not sane, if they do the way u asking.. You should do some clean-up instead.
    I picture a "loot" cave for goblins.. that u can monetize and would at least, equal with an extra mule account for the storage/price, while being more simple.. less alt tab, more sandbox friendly.. you could even make those den à la carte.. someone with 6 different trap for basement/den for each piece of armors.

    So much stuff could be done, before giving them what they asking for (for obvious reason, read Keven) It wouldn't be good for the game long term, imo.

    You say you found it. How? Did you decode a map? Was this in the wild? Did you just run around and did you get detect-sparkles? I need more info haha :)

    Oh, and looking at the 4 gold piles and the ammount of items, I'm guessing this wasn't a Medium nest but a Massive nest?

    You have to have a map, its like T hunting.  But you have a wider area so you literally have to find it.  Coords are just 2 digits.

    The gold is weird, I had less gold in a bigger nest.  But those are 20k piles.

    You have to have a map, its like T hunting.  But you have a wider area so you literally have to find it.  Coords are just 2 digits.

    Ahhh, so you dug up a Massive map! Your opening in the post suggested you 'found' the nest, so I wanted the ins and outs before committing myself to running all over the map :D

    ok after testing this out i think i might of misread the post, you were asking for this to be introduced, not that it already exists, very cool concept though.
