Game won't let me refresh custom keep

Hello,

My house on Catskills was "condemned" due to my account becoming inactive. I resubscribed for 90 days to the game but am still unable to refresh my custom keep while logged in. Am I going to lose my house? I

    What stage was it In do you have trusted friends you can transfer it too
