Person can't get any response to solve their problem

The issue seems to revolve around no longer being able to access original email account and so verification process is preventing him from paying for game and in danger of Idoc, etc.
Thank you. Hope they get attention quickly, although weekends are not the best time.

    This an issue with yahoo nothing Uo can do he needs to reach out to yahoo and get the email reinstated

    Fenneko responded. And no, he does not have to get Yahoo mail reinstated. There is a procedure for when people lose access to email accounts.

    There was a time when you could call customer support and give them the CC info you used.  That would verify your account.

    But you would have to talk to a person. 

    I'd tell him to Email Mesanna.  But after seeing his responses in that link,  the guy does not have the ability to comprehend the questions he is asked.
