  It's lovely when you run outside below 30-40 health and your healer is waiting for you, and not in the good kind of way.  I speak from experience and seeing others doing the same.

  We had the same thing happen on Europa. I paged a GM, explained what was happening and asked if they could replace him please. The reply I got in an email said
  We have investigated the issue with the hostile NPC healer in Ilshenar and found a friendlier and more motivated successor

  Thank you, somebody fixed it.  I could run out the exit at 15 health and not have to worry about the healer.
