Can't use in game UO Store / Pet Options due to 'combat message'
Hello. I have a bug that happens when I try to use the uostore (the in game store, not the webpage store) or try to use the pet options. Whenever I try to use either. I get the message: "Since you have been in combat recently you may not use this feature."
This issue has been ongoing for 3+ weeks. One character it comes and goes. The other the issue has stayed active. I can log out, teleport, change characters, use soul stones. I'm not in war mode on the character. Nothing is attacking the character.
I have tried logging out, killing things, killing the character, logging out in different places (houses, towns/inns), moving the character to a different server. I have tried CC and EC, reinstalling uo, reinstalling uo with removing all files. I have tried with the firewall on off, same with the antivirus. I have tried on a different pc and no luck with the issue.
I have paged a gm multiple times and emailed about the issue without an answer. The only answer I have gotten is that it is 'not an issue gms handle' from email support. I have also been told that the gm(s) have decided to close the issue without telling me anything. Leaving me there for basically hours sometimes - just waiting for a response - that is never going to come.
