Possible Bug: Durability on the Heirloom Cowl

Could you please check with the team if the Heirloom Cowl is meant to have durability?

Any chance you could pass this up for review @Community Manager?

And according to @Poctd the Heirloom Collar also has durability on it, too.

Could you let us know if this was intended or a bug?

I think you will find that all the pieces which are classed as 'armor', that is the cowl, the hood and the collar, will all have durability.

Mages hood, assassin's cowl and elegant collar of fortune on production shards also all have durability, because they are armor pieces, not simple clothing
