  I'll give it to you.. why your question ain't a good one. She supervise the customer support team and answer the important email, on a daily... i'm wondering as a whole.. why the head of customer support, you know..
  with GM mostly ignoring the TOS.. except billing problems.. with a tiny player base...

  So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?
