I have no idea if this is something worth anything to anyone, I'd like to know if this is desirable or just junk. Not sure where to ask.

    I'm sure some template could use it.

    It has no SDI.  It has faster casts.  It has 4 MR.  It has 20LRC. 

    Fits a mage with no useless stats.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
