Always conflicting with Chesapeake, month after month, when there's plenty of time in the month to not conflict is disappointing to the players that enjoy EM events. There shouldn't be any reason for them to constantly conflict on Wednesdays.
Any possibility of switching things up or something so we can avoid conflicting events?
- Working with the Chesapeake EM for Wednesday events?
Also, as a side note, I haven't done EM events on Origin in a while but I do remember we used to be 10pm EST because Origin is a West coast server and it's more friendly time slot to those players. What happened there?

- Checking the calendar before you schedule an event?
- Doing events at an earlier Wednesday in the month, if the time slot is non negotiable?
- Doing the events at 10 eastern or 8 eastern, if the day is not negotiable?
- The first 14 days of the month there were essentially no EM events and the schedule is clear most days.
