I'm trying to play uo ec on my laptop,  but where I'm supposed to put my sign in credentials I can't type anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times, still the same thing.  Any suggestions?

    Make sure the client app UOSA.exe is allowed through your fire wall.

    Make sure you are running it as Admin, and then try Maximizing and Minimizing it (i double-click the top bar of the game window) . If you use multiple screens, take it to the other screen and maximize it. EC likes to do this to me when the administator acknowledgement windows comes in while it is open and forcing the screeen to refresh fixes it. @Kyronix and @Bleak any thoughts on what might cause that? Screen freezes up and you have to "refresh" the login or game screen to get it going. Seems to only happen when the "user account control" screen pops up while login/game screen is open.
