Small bugs: Dyeing and Repairing

Can't dye web woven quiver with shop or leather tub dyes, and prob helmet from manticore as well.
Cant repair with any crafter skill - assasin spike (fencing weapon) got one from t-hunting.

Yes now we can use regular leather dyes for the quiver but we still can't use store bought dyes, is that how it's supposed to be? and if so why and what for? give me the ability to dye things the way I want them, especially if I paid for it =(
