Non-guilded character still flagged as VVV

Hello,

I don't go to Fel much and have never actively participated in VVV, so I'm not sure if this is working as intended:

I went to Fel for the Shattered Sanctum event to get away from bots. The town had VVV active. I received the VVV warning gump. I continued to play in the town and understood the VVV risk.

Many days later I see that every time I go to Fel my character's name is still orange. There is no [VvV] tag. This character is not guilded. I don't see that I have any option to resign.

    Thanks, Mariah. Probably this:

    • Non VvV players that unlawfully attack a VvV player will be flagged as Vice vs Virtue Participants and highlight orange to VvV players. This participation will last until the player is logged in for 8 hours or is killed by another player, and will be subject to stat loss upon death (five minutes).

    Probably haven’t hit the 8 hour mark. Also not sure that I “unlawfully” attacked anyone since I mostly was just attacked by others and ran away :P. Will pay more attention on the next go around.
