They have Made us Gloves, Arms, Chest, and Gorget.

Now we have the legs and they are beautiful!
The fact that all my warriors have healing, makes this version even better for me.

Azarak's Leggings:  Dexxer legs

I build my warriors around Britches Of Warding.  They have great resists, which made building around them easier before we had these new armor pieces from events,10HCI and 12 Stamina, 8LMC and a random eater.  Great legs.

To give those legs up I would want the same or similar Stamina, and a way to get the 10HCI back.
Well look at these Ararak's Leggings!  I get 5 Dex and 8 stamina, Ill have less stamina overall but I can convert that 5 Dex to 5 more Intel on my stat sheet.  Plus the intel and mana they come with.

Lower stamina for all those plusses to mana is a good trade.

What about the 10HCI I'll lose? The new legs have 20DI. Id say that is a far trade, I can change stats on a jewel or buy the Solaria earrings.  I didn't get many pairs of those previously I have warriors wearing Transparent Heart earrings. So smooth transition so far.

Look what else the new legs have. Healing +15 That means every one of my warriors will have 15 extra points to increase other skills!

Awesome Legs!!!

You can build a high stamina dex suit around these leggings!

Deathwarden's Greaves:  Mage Legs

I wear Kelp legs or the Elf version They have 8SDI  that's the only good thing about them. 15LRC

Look at the New ones they made for us!

The 8SDI is there The LRC is 20.  The rest is Gravy!
12 Mana!!!  4MR!  10LRC  Great resists.

You can build a mage suit around these Greaves!

I also like the Bear. <3

I cannot call the azarok's legging dexer legs.. I call those heavy warrior/sampire legs.... with healing??

I use Deathwarden's Skirt on my "dexer".. wich explain why i might switch my chiv for a mage.. my "dexer" gonna be a mage soon enough.. cuz of this weird theme park/ theme gated items..

I refuse to make a "dexer" build like my sappire.. i need regen on a dexer for PvP.. i don't want warrior leech mechanic (sappire)

So yeah.. soon enough i'm gonna call my mage bokuto a dexer with benefit cuz of those LRC and SDI.

Very bad itemization for "dexer" imo.
So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

The legs are pretty stellar for the reasons you mentioned. I like pieces that add skill because it shakes up my template. The +healing legs were clearly intended to throw a bone to non-sampire warriors like mine:

    120 mace (real)
    120 tactics (real)
    120 bush
    120 resist
    100 healing
    100 anat
    100 parry

The legs stats give me more wiggle room in terms of jewels.

I also quite like the stealth and ninja talisman. My tamer uses these skills:

    120 taming (real)
    120 lore (real)
    120 ninjitsu
    100 vet
    100 mage
    100 hiding
    80 stealth

With the talisman, I might put more into vet or see if I can squeeze in some meditation, as I sometimes struggle with mana.

See this is where I disagree.. people calling their vampire "sampire"
My necro warrior from ~2005 was call a SAPPIRE (sapping warrior; wraith form+curse weapon; in 2024 u don't need either to be call a sappire with hit leech on weapon)

To me what u call a dexer is nothing else than another Sappire variation.. not dexer at all..
Pretty sure your overcap STR DEX with over 100 mana and leech weapons. you are a SAPPIRE not a DEXER in my book

    Sappire=Sampire.

A dexxer is a template that has need for Stamina.  Archers or macers need it and SSI the most.

Also the legs fit a healer because you need 150 dexterity.  So they give 5. And they they have 15 healing.

As @loop said you have wiggle room with jewels, which means you will need to make different jewels to get those 15 healing points moved else where.

The other category would be called a Caster, because Intelligencer doesn't sound so great.

These garg version of the dexxer legs are great because they have stamina and mana increase for throwers.

Notice how few of the dexxer items from events have 4MR.  Bards need mana regen.  My archer bard feels very left out of these events. Will he ever get 150 strength like the other fighters?  Kinda hard to sing with no MR

Sappire ain't no dexer.. Dexer should run out of stamina at some point (this is how u balance a good dexer class, to kill it drain their stam before their life with stuff like "in sar").. this is their MAIN resource to manage.. u just gave extra resistance to stamina lose, extra LMC and healing to a freaking SAPPIRE.. bad design that contribute to a very bad imbalance.

Lol a swords person is not dexxer. They need what 90 dex to swing their weapon at full speed.  Easy button.
If I put necro on my macer I do not change his stamina/SSI requirements.

an Heresy cannot excuse another one.. if u don't see the problem here.. I can't help.

here a tip.. it's dex and bandaid vs stam and sappire debate. u got both world here.

I mean.. if u hvn'T realised yet your legs are brittle.. so your question is useless.. the question should be.. at what point should I replace them?

Only you can answer that question since we cannot see the rest of the suit.. those are consumable legs.

PS: in my opinion, if your consumable non med items has no eater.. those are trash.

@Grimbeard ; You need to show the stat sheet, What template and what is your weapon.

With all these Event items you could have all your stats at  max with some builds even if you are not wearing a slot.

Nice legs but they may need more LMC or something we don't know.

I'm maxed either way I gain a little of this but lose a little of that

Yup we don't need to wear every event armor on every toon.

Don't care if you replace the legs, but you do need to fix them shoes . . .

    A Goblin, a Gargoyle, and a Drow walk into a bar . . .

I stuck the legs on my Swords warrior.  His stamina went down 4. I noticed he had a non event gorget, I stuck the Mempo on him and That brought the stamina back to the same.  I dropped 5 Dex from the legs. Put that in Mana. I have maybe 10 Str points I can drop and put in Mana.

So the overall change for him is: He will have more mana and has 15 points from healing that can go somewhere else.  Also has 100DI at the moment, I could whetstone or use new weapons without DI.

He has all the event dex armor pieces.  Has Mace and Shield for headwear.

I just don't know where to put any extra points if I'm at 6x 120 if I drop healing 15 and chivalry 30 I can gain 45 points is that enough to add to say parry? Or focus???

The trick would be to find another piece or two (or jewels) with another 15-20 skill. If you were able to bump up in those spots then you start to open up options. I have this type of setup for my wraith thrower to give him Bushido too... it makes for a very strong toon but the downside is that his entire toon/template is heavily reliant on the suit that is shard bound. He's mediocre at best without all of his shard bound items and eventually I will need to replace his jewels that will be very hard to do.

You also have the DI on the legs.  You can redo a jewel that had DI and put a skill.

There is couple items I would consider as "best in slot" for some templates. And they work together pretty well, so there is A LOT to get from this event.

    New items:

Vortha's Medallion - best in slot item for mages and for suit with highest SDI possible.  It's better version of Pendant of Magi. Note that you cannot Powder it so it cannot be back do 255/255.
Deathwarden's Graves - best in slot artifact for mages. High SDI, +15 Kinetic Eater, good stats, resists and LRC.
Azarok's Legplates - very good item for warriors and sampires. It has +15 Healing. The only real competition for this slot is Britches of Warding, but I think Azarok's is better overall.
Kaelvok's Cincture - very good belt with 5 SSI, 5 HCI and some stats. Note that you cannot Powder it so it cannot be back do 255/255.
Shadow Reaver Cloak - highest possible SDI item in cloak slot (by 1 SDI point). Note that you cannot Powder it so it cannot be back do 255/255.

    Items back from previous events:

Solaria's Secret Poisons - best in slot artifact for warriors. 10 HCI bonus on earrings slot - it is a must have. Note that you cannot Powder it so it cannot be back do 255/255. Get at last 2 pairs of those.
Corrupted Paladin Vambraces - best in slot artifact for warriors.
Mantle of Archlich - highest possible SDI item in robe slot (by 3 SDI points). Note that you cannot Powder it so it cannot be back do 255/255.
Gloves of Archlich - best in slot artifact for mages.
Lord Morphius Tabbard - 10 SSI in robe slot, good for warriors.

SDI books are great too if you do not have similar ones from previous events.
