Why marked ‘owned by’?

    Yes. An item with your name on it and does not require insurance.

    Is that owned by RNG?  Or are all that way?

    If RNG the item would be more desired.   But in this case worth 10k more. :D

    It seems to be a problem with balhae.
    In other shards, 'owned by' is not added. However, in Balhae, it is always to added

    You are using an EJ account.  Those are toon bound,  You cant trade it to a paid account.

    I checked the one i claimed on Balhae and it is "owned by no one" that is a paid account for sure.

    not EJ. I am using a paid account.
    In Balhae, everyone is added 'owned by'.
    I don't know why there is a difference only in Balhae.
