  They are not blocking you they are blocking the ship you are on.  Just a guess.

  Lol that always makes me chuckle. I am sailing around with a Britanian Galleon. The largest ship known to man in UO. Then there is one dolphin, with its smiley face, stopping a galleon 100 times its size with a single swing from its fin
